E. Michael Brezina III
E. Michael Brezina, III graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee in 2001, where he was named Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa. In 2004, he graduated Cum Laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law, with a concentration in advocacy. While in law school, he was the recipient of the University of Tennessee College of Law Certificate of Academic Excellence Award. He also participated in the University of Tennessee College of Law Advocacy Clinic. Following a clerkship with Hodges, Doughty & Carson during law school, he joined the firm as an associate in 2004. His practice is devoted primarily to medical malpractice defense, general civil litigation, and commercial litigation. He enjoys spending time with his wife, hunting, and fishing.
