Joshua M. Ball
Joshua M. Ball graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee and received his law degree from the University of Memphis in 2000. During law school, he served as comments editor of the University of Memphis Law Review. Following graduation from law school, he served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Alan E. Highers of the Tennessee Court of Appeals. He joined Hodges, Doughty & Carson in September 2001. His practice concentration is general civil litigation. He also practices in the areas of Insurance Defense, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Products Liability, Premises Liability, Wrongful Death, and Aviation. He was selected to be a member of the Tennessee Bar Association Leadership Law program in the Class of 2007. Josh holds a private pilot's license and enjoys playing golf and boating.
