James F. Parker of Hodges, Doughty & Carson, PLLC is one of four Knoxville-based attorneys selected to participate in the Tennessee Bar Association’s 2022 Leadership Law (TBALL) program, which is designed to equip Tennessee lawyers with the vision, knowledge and skills necessary to serve as leaders in their profession and local communities. This year’s TBALL class comprises 34 attorneys from across the state who will engage in six months of learning in the areas of leadership in the legal profession, issues in the courts, policymaking in state government and the importance of community service.
Mr. Parker is a Member of the firm and focuses his practice in the areas of construction law, commercial litigation, and corporate law. His construction practice includes the representation of owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in both litigation and transactional matters.
