Bart C. Williams

Bart Williams received his law degree from the University of Tennessee School of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and received scholastic honors, including membership in the Order of the Coif and Phi Kappa Phi. During his law school education, Bart also received the CLEA Outstanding Clinical Student Award, the Charles H. Miller Excellence in Civil Advocacy Award, and numerous Dean’s List recognitions. Before attending law school, Bart graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science degree and various academic honors from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. Bart has successfully prosecuted and defended cases in numerous courts in Tennessee, thereby gaining valuable civil litigation experience. Bart also has experience in appellate practice and jury litigation. Bart now primarily practices in civil litigation, focusing in the areas of commercial litigation, contract disputes, and tort defense.
