Lyndsey's Areas of Practice
Lyndsey Lee received her law degree from The University of Akron School of Law in Akron, Ohio, where she graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Lyndsey co-founded a new pro bono legal clinic, completed an internship with the local public defenders’ office, competed as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and worked as a law clerk for two years at a civil litigation law firm. Prior to entering law school, she completed her undergraduate degree at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas and worked as a special educator in Texas for four years. Given her former career in special education and an injury that temporarily left her with limited mobility, Lyndsey is well-versed in disability accessibility and accommodation issues. She also has experience handling a wide variety of legal issues including appellate practice, bankruptcy/creditors’ rights, business and commercial law, criminal defense, disability accessibility and accommodation (including Special Education), family and juvenile law, health care law, personal injury (including products liability and wrongful death), and real estate law.
