James F. Parker joined Hodges, Doughty & Carson, PLLC as an associate on June 19, 2017. Prior to becoming an associate with the firm he served as a judicial law clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee where he spent a portion of his two year appointment as a chambers law clerk for Chief District Judge Thomas A. Varlan. Mr. Parker’s practice focuses primarily on the areas of business and commercial litigation, contracts and transactions, construction law, civil litigation and appellate law.
