William D. Edwards became an associate of the firm on October 16, 2012, after practicing with another Knoxville law firm for three years. Mr. Edwards’ practice focuses primarily in the areas of taxation, estate planning, estate administration, business succession planning, charitable planning, business transactions, and tax-exempt organizations. He attended law school at Mississippi College School of Law (2008) and then earned a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis (2009). Mr. Edwards is admitted to practice in both Tennessee and Mississippi.
