Craig Strand, a partner with the firm, began his practice of law with O’Neil, Parker & Williamson in 2009.
Mr. Stand is a native of Jefferson County and graduated from Jefferson County High School in 2000. Mr. Strand has been the Head Swim Coach with the L & N Stem Academy Swimming and Diving Team since 2015 and had stints as a coach with Bearden Elementary Cross Country, Bearden Middle School Cross Country, Bearden Middle School Golf Team, and Knoxville Racquet Club Swim Team. Mr. Strand has served as an Elder in the Erin Presbyterian Church in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Areas of Practice
Mr. Strand devotes his practice to general civil litigation where he handles cases in the areas of civil rights litigation, governmental entity defense, employment discrimination, , construction law, product liability defense, estate planning, probate, contract law, insurance subrogation and insurance coverage. He has significant experience in briefing motions for summary judgment and other appellate briefs.
