About

Eric is a seasoned litigator involved in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trials and appeals.

Eric received his law degree from the George Washington University Law School, and following law school, he served as a law clerk to Magistrate Judge Arlene Lindsay with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Afterward, Eric began his practice in New York, handling complex commercial disputes, employment matters, and civil fraud disputes, among other types of cases in state and federal courts in New York City and Long Island.

In 2012, Eric moved to West Palm Beach, Florida where he continued his commercial practice, handling cases in both New York and Florida, and advising businesses in a range of industries. After ten years in Florida, Eric and his family decided to make a change. He and his wife missed the changing seasons and hiking in the mountains, so they decided to relocate to East Tennessee. With his move to Knoxville in 2024, Eric joined Hodges, Doughty & Carson, bringing his wealth of experience in commercial matters to our team.
