Thomas H. Dickenson became Managing Partner of Hodges, Doughty & Carson PLLC on January 1, 2016. Prior to becoming Managing Partner, Mr. Dickenson held various leadership positions with the firm. Mr. Dickenson has been affiliated with the firm since 1987.

Bart C. Williams joined the firm October 2015. Mr. Williams received his JD from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2009 and was in private practice prior to becoming an associate with our firm. His practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, contract disputes, insurance defense, housing & construction defects and employment law.

Donald J. Farinato joined the firm January 2015. Mr. Farinato has been practicing law for more than 15 years. His practice areas are Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Representation of Beneficiaries and Fiduciaries, Estate Controversies, Conservatorship and Guardianship, Tax Audits, and Business and Commercial Law. Mr. Farinato is licensed in Tennessee, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Scott Griswold became an associate with the firm in December 2014. Mr. Griswold received his JD in 2007 from the University of Tennessee College of Law and began his legal career clerking for Chief Justice William M. Barker of the Tennessee Supreme Court. Mabern E. Wall joined the firm June 2014. Prior to becoming an associate with our firm Ms. Wall served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joseph M. Tipton, Presiding Judge of the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals. Ms. Wall’s practice focuses primarily on insurance defense, criminal litigation, construction litigation, and criminal defense.
