In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all in-person court proceedings (with some exceptions for certain urgent matters) have been suspended through April 30, 2020. That suspension may be extended, although we have not received confirmation at this time.
Please be advised that the office of Hodges, Doughty & Carson, PLLC will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but with limited staff in the office. Many of our lawyers and staff are working from home. We are available by telephone, email or video conference for current and new clients. We will do our very best to respond to your calls and questions as soon as possible under the circumstances. Our lobby will be closed to the public at least through April 30, 2020, which may be extended as the recommendations from the government and health care professionals require. There will be no face-to-face meetings in our office until further notice. For those of you with appointments already scheduled, someone from our office will be reaching out to you to reschedule your appointment for a telephone or video conference as soon as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but please understand we are taking these steps to do our part to help abate the spread of the virus and out of respect for our staff, clients and our community. Likewise, we advise and encourage you all to abide by guidelines as set out by our healthcare professionals to prevent the spread of this virus.
