William D. Edwards became a member of the firm January 1, 2016. Mr. Edwards joined Hodges, Doughty & Carson, PLLC in 2012 as an associate after practicing with another Knoxville firm for three years. Mr. Edwards’practice focuses primarily in the areas of taxation, estate planning, estate administration, business succession planning, charitable planning business transactions and tax-exempt organizations.
Mr. Edwards received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Mississippi College School of Law and earned a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. He is admitted to practice in both Tennessee and Mississippi.
