Several of our attorneys are approved mediators in court-annexed mediation under Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. A few others have completed extensive mediation training and are experienced in conduction mediations and in representing clients in mediation/arbitration.
